We need male and female participants, ages 64 and younger, to participate in a paid online survey about medical conditions taking place the rest of this month, or until further notice.
We need people who have personally been diagnosed OR who are caring for someone who has been diagnosed with the following condidtions:
Bipolar Disorder
Schizophrenia
Schizoaffective Disorder
Dissociative Amnesia
Munchausen Syndrome
Length of survey: 30 to 45-minutes
How: Online Survey
Those who are selected to participate will be paid between $100 to $125 depending on which survey they qualify for.
