We are seeking children who are experiencing symptoms of ADHD for a paid clinical research study.
To be eligible for screening, child must:
• Be 6-17 years of age
• Provide informed consent from a parent and/or legally recognized guardian.
• Meet the DSM IV criteria for ADHD.
• Be a candidate for treatment with methylphenidate.
Additional information:
As part of the study, participants will be seen in the clinic twice; at pre-treatment and again at week 6 post treatment initiation.
Each visit will take approximately 3-4 hours.
Volunteers will be compensated for participation in the study. Compensation is $75.00 for initial visit, $125.00 for second visit, and $15.00 each for 2 online questionnaires completed at week 24 and week 52 from the comfort of your home.
We will also cover the cost of medication.
